*Ingredients:
°18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
°600 gram lean ground beef
°1 bottle taco sauce (454 grams), divided
°A cup with a capacity of 190 ml containing a mixture of shredded and low-fat Mexican cheeses, divided into
°2 teaspoons chili powder
°A cup with a capacity of 190 ml containing a mixture of shredded and low-fat Mexican cheeses, divided into
°20 tsp baked tostitos
* Methods:
Cooking pasta according to methods on pack. Meanwhile, cooking beef to no longer pink; drain.Add 130ml cup of taco sauce, cream cheese and chili powder; cook and stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in 60 liters of cheese mixture.
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water; stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons beef mixture. Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining taco sauce.
Cover and cook at 350°C for 20 minutes. sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fries.
