*Ingredients
°120g diced mozzarella
°Salt or fine salt
°Pepper
°1/4 chopped basil
°2 cl balsamic vinegar
°5 cl olive oil
°4 tomatoes
°500g spaghetti
*Methods:
Cooking spaghetti al dente.
Drain also oil with olive-oil.
Mixing & cool.
Meantime, peeled tomatoes also cutting them to cubes.
Mixing all elements, and serving very chilled.
