HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE BARS

 

Ingredients:

°2 cups of flour

°1 cup of sugar

°1 cup of butter

°16 ounces of cream cheese

°4 TBS of sugar

°4 TBS milk

°2 eggs

°2 tsp vanilla

°16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

°2 cups grated coconut

°2 TBS melted butter

1 – Mix the flour, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of butter. Pat the mixture into an un.greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 14-19 minutes. Cool slightly.

2 – Mix the cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of sugar, milk and eggs. Stir in vanilla and drained pineapple. Spread over baked crust.

3 – Mixing coconut and 2 tsp of melt butter. Sprinkle over pineapple filling. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
