Ingredients:
°2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°2 cups cauliflower florets
°12 asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
°2 cups of broccoli florets
°1 yellow onion, sliced
°1 teaspoon thyme
°1 teaspoon rosemary
°1 teaspoon basil
°Salt and pepper to taste
° 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- Preheat the oven to 400*
- Prepare all foods by cutting them into bite-sized pieces
- Place the sirloin steak in a bowl and add the thyme, rosemary and basil, stir to combine
- Adding salt & pepper to the mix and blend well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. When hot, add the meat to sear.
- Remove the meat from the heat.
- In bowl, Mix the cauliflower, asparagus, onion & broccoli.
- Drizzle a t of olive oil on vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine well.
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil on the counter
- Place a large spoonful of vegetables in the center
- Garnish the vegetables with some of the seared meat, salt and pepper to taste
- Fold the horizontal sides to touch the edges, then roll once or twice,
- Fold the sides to form a closed package.
- Repeat these steps until you have six packs
- Put in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
- Remove from oven, open and serve.
